              How to Register a Divorce in Pakistan as a Husband?<\/strong><\/h1>

              A Pakistani husband<\/strong> seeking a divorce must execute a written divorce notice<\/strong>. This can be done either by pronouncing three divorces at once<\/strong> or issuing one divorce per month. Under Pakistani law<\/strong>, there is no restriction preventing a husband from giving three divorce pronouncements in one go.<\/p>

              The written divorce must be prepared on a non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 200\/-<\/strong>. Once executed, the husband must send a copy of the divorce notice to his wife.<\/p>
